The price for your cake(s) shall be stated before confirmation of the order. You agree to pay the full price to the business in accordance with the order after the details are checked and agreed by you.
All bespoke cake orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost, received. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The deposit(s) become due when the order has been placed and details checked and agreed by you. All orders are deemed to be accepted only when the deposit has been paid by the date stated on your order form, without this your order cannot be guarenteed.
Payment may be made by one of the following:
Final payments for all orders must be paid by the date as stated on your order form.
In the event that any payment is subsequently declined, the order will not be completed or released until alternative funding arrangements have been agreed and payment is made in full. Subsequent completion of the order will be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. The customer will be responsible for the payment of any additional charges which have been incurred as a result of payment failure.
Your order is very important to us, and great care and love is put into every cake. Please check your order form carefully and let us know within seven days if changes are needed. It is your responsibility to contact us about any alterations to the original order. We reserve the right to increase a quoted fee in the event that the Customer requests a variation to the work agreed. Whilst every effort will be made to assist Customers, please note that late changes cannot always be guaranteed.
Your order may be collected at a pre-arranged time between Tuesday and Saturday 12.00pm to 5.00pm. If you wish to collect outside of these times please contact us and we will do our best to help.
As your bespoke cake and/or special order booking is reserved solely for you and certain components for your cake/s may be ordered months in advance, the following conditions are implemented when an order is cancelled:
More than 28 days from the collection date - you will be entitled to a full refund.
Less then one month from the collection date -50% of the total cost will be payable.
Three or less days from the collection date - 100% of the total cost will be payable.
Wedding cake/bespoke order cancellations must be made in writing.
All of our cakes are handmade to order and we do not accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with your order you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We do not accept liability for any complaints received after this time.
We reserve the right to use all photographs we have taken of orders on our website and social media pages. If you specifically request for us not to use the photo/s of your order, please let us know at the time of ordering.
Please note that no person shall have the entitlement to copy or reproduce in any form, or otherwise make use of any image, photograph, design or other document or item produced by or on behalf of the business without the prior consent of the business.
