We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect from when they are posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions on each occasion that you place an order, or use the website. Your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest Terms and Conditions.
All orders must be requested online on this website, or via email, and are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Acceptance of order and completion of the contract is made once the order is confirmed by us in writing (by email) and payment has been made in full. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.
We reserve the right not to accept any order due to one or more of the following:
• The product is out of stock.
• Error in pricing or product description.
• Unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for.
• We cannot meet a deadline you have specified.
• Technical failure of the website or email accounts.
All products are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply you with your request, we will notify you as soon as possible.
All of our cakes are handmade to order, and so toppings/colours/decorations may vary- we love being creative and going with the flow.. if you have any specific requests please do let us know before placing the order.
The images of all products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.
The price for your cake(s) shall be stated before confirmation of the order. You agree to pay the full price to the business in accordance with the order after the details are checked and agreed by you. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time at our discretion before, but not after, we accept orders.
All bespoke cake orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost, received. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The deposit(s) become due on the date as stated on the order form, when the order has been placed and details checked and agreed by you. All orders are deemed to be accepted only when the deposit has been paid by the date stated on your order form, without this your order cannot be guaranteed.
Payment may be made by one of the following:
• Automated payments - Direct Bank/Building Society Transfer
• Cash
• Cheque
Final payments for all orders are due to be paid by the date as stated on your order form. We must have received full payment for your order on or prior to collection, before you leave the business premises.
In the event that any payment is subsequently declined, the order will not be completed or released until alternative funding arrangements have been agreed and payment is made in full. Subsequent completion of the order will be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. The customer will be responsible for the payment of any additional charges which have been incurred as a result of payment failure.
Your order is very important to us, and great care and love is put into every cake. Please check your order form carefully and let us know within seven days if changes are needed. It is your responsibility to contact us about any alterations to the original order. We reserve the right to increase a quoted fee in the event that the Customer requests a variation to the work agreed. Whilst every effort will be made to assist Customers, please note that late changes cannot always be guaranteed.
Your order may be collected at a pre-arranged time from the address listed below on any day between the hours of 12.00pm and 5.00pm. If you are not able to arrive at the arranged time, or need to make a change to the collection time, please contact us prior via email or Whatsapp message, so that we can arrange an alternate time.

As your handmade cake and/or special order booking is reserved solely for you and certain components for your cake/s may be ordered or made in advance, the following conditions are implemented when an order is cancelled:
More than 28 days from the collection date - you will be entitled to a full refund.
Less than one month from the collection date -50% of the total cost will be payable.
Three or less days from the collection date - 100% of the total cost will be payable.
Order cancellations must be made via email. All of our cakes are handmade to order and we do not accept returns.
If you are unsatisfied with your order you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We do not accept liability for any complaints received after this time.
We reserve the right to use all photographs we have taken of orders on our website and social media pages. If you specifically request for us not to use the photo/s of your order, please let us know at the time of ordering.
Please note that no person shall have the entitlement to copy or reproduce in any form, or otherwise make use of any image, photograph, design or other document or item produced by or on behalf of the business without the prior consent of the business.
