Delivery

We do offer delivery within the Nottingham area for those who are unable to collect from our shop. All of our bespoke cakes are handmade and delicate, so we choose to deliver each order by hand straight to your door. Some of our other items such as biscuits are suitable for postal delivery and we can advise you on this.

If you are looking for delivery further afield, we can in some cases arrange for a courier. Please contact us for more information.

Please be aware that we will individually quote you for deliveries to your chosen address.

FAQs

How do I place an order?
To order any of our cakes and treats, please select from one of our many cakes or contact us if you would like something a little different. Alternatively, you can give us a call on 0115 9232320 or email us at [email protected]. You can also pop into our shop for a chat.
How long will my cakes stay fresh for?
Most of our cakes stay fresh for 3-5 days if stored correctly. Cakes that contain fresh cream and/or fruit may require refridgeration. Please ask us for information on specific products.
How should I store my cakes?
Most of our cakes are best kept in a cool place away from sunlight. Certain cakes such as those with fresh fruit and/or cream, desserts and macarons require refridgeration. Once cut, cover the cut sides of the cakes with clingfilm to prevent it from drying out.
Can I customise my cake order?
Yes! All of our cakes can be finished with inscription or image plaques, cut out lettering, and small sugar decorations.
Do you sell macarons?
We do! Please contact us if you'd like to make a request, and check our range of cakes too, as we decorative macaron cakes!
Are any of your cakes suitable for people with a nut allergy?
We do offer cakes that don't contain any nuts, however because of the use of nuts on the premises we cannot guarantee that any of our products are not 100% free of traces of nut
Do you make gluten free cakes?
Yes, many of our cakes are now available gluten free. We also do a range of individual gluten free bars and slices. For a full range of what we do, please contact us.
Do you make dairy free cakes?
Yes, many of our cakes can be made without dairy. Please contact us if you would like to make a request.
Do you make vegan cakes?
Yes, we do. View our range of vegan cakes. We are also happy to take on special requests, so please feel free to contact us
Do you deliver?
We do now offer a private hand delivery service within the Nottingham area. Please contact us for a quote. We don't make any profit on this but do have to pass on the full delivery costs. You can also collect your order from our West Bridgford store.
